I'd Like to Thank the Academy...

This is the last day of the last month of the last year I will not have a book out in print!

Layover will hit bookstores in December and right now, I'm too excited to think of anything else to blog about.

E-books are terrific, but to have a book that I've written and can hold in my hands and sniff - and even taste if I want to dammit - will be just too cool for words. And EC puts out such fabulous books with sensuos heft and nice, thick pages to fondle. Oooooo, stop me! I'm getting hot!

Stay tuned. The minute I get the email that it's available, I'll be shouting in here!

Lining up outside the bookstore, Hey - quit jostling me, there'll be enough for everyone! (but I'll get mine first, bwah, hah, hah)
So what's the official release date again? (Jest so I can write it in big red letters on my calendar)

Woo-hoo! Congratulations, Ann, that’s so exciting! One of my favorite pastimes is to hang out at the bookstore and just grin as I gaze at all those gorgeous EC print book covers, counting the days until mine is up there, too. What a truly fantastic way to end your year, Ann!! :-D

cool. I agree that ebooks are nice but printed books give you a whole other level of credibility. Where can I buy it because I don't see EC books at the bookstores here in NY?

Charlie, on the EC website to the left, the fifth link takes you to their print bookstore on Ebay. Also, you ought to be able to order it from Borders, Waldens, B&N or Amazon once it's available.

I looked on Amazon today and it isn't available for pre-order yet. I imagine Bree or someone will let me know!

And if you read Layover, please read the print version. The electronic one had an embarrassing error! *gg* I had the chance to correct things in galleys. Phew!

You are my hero!
You'll have to let us know - in sordid detail - exactly what it feels like.
Way to go!

Thanks everyone! Once I have a copy in my grubby little mitts I'll come in here and describe every salacious thought and nuance as I caress it's smooth, slick spine. LOL
