The Empire Strikes Back

There's a big kerfuffle on the Internet, in Washington, and in NY over the intellectual superiority of literary types vs romance readers. Here's my small statement on the topic:

Ha! I've been following this a little bit, too, and I think you've hit the nail on the head here, Ann! You should send that cover to the Smart Bitches and get their opinion. :D

Agree - send to the bitches. What nonsense, huh?

Took me a while, but I think I've caught up a bit on your blog *g*. Yes, have done the yoga and loved it, must get back to it. Ditto for T'ai Chi - just need to find tapes, and home worked best for me, but then I didn't have access to a place that wasn't sterile. Ugh.

Elephant story - egad - saaaaad.

Oh, and went to your cafe press - lol. PUT OUT? Too cute.

p.s. - dishwasher rather expensive on that old house. If pipes are good, though, could get one that hooks up to the sink. One with like a 2" thick cutting board on top for gourmet cutting.
