Logging in from my local coffee shop here while I wait for Internet access in my apartment. Why, I ask you, does it take so long to install blazing fast wireless? What's the use of having a speed-o-light information superhighway when the people who use/invent/install it are still so freakin' slow?

Hopefully I'll be fully functional by the weekend, but it could be a whole week.

*sob*

The DTs... The DTs are upon me!

TELL ME ABOUT IT!

The good thing is that once you are connected, you'll forget the inconvenience and will blaze away on your blog. Hopefully!

I've been spending a lot of time at the SBTB and DA. They have some really interesting blogs on copyright and plagiarism.

Hope you're move went well.

OMG...that should have been 'your move', not 'you're move'. That'll teach me to edit my comments before I submit them.

Hey Bev! The move went very smoothly. We're all adjusting to the new location, which rocks btw, and settling in. I'll definitely be back to blogging soon -- my Red Sage edits came in! Now my new editor can read my bitching and moaning. Got to give her the 3D experience, right? Break that lady in but good.

But ya know, I've been plugged in and turned on for seven years. It's been kinda cool to be offline for a change. The children and I are actually sitting at the kitchen table at night, with their teen friends, and *gasp* talking. Not a bad way to spend a couple of weeks.

Starting tomorrow night, though, I'm child free for a week. The first break in 16 years. Don't know what I'm going to do with myself *gggg*

Glad to hear the move went well. I get the 'willies' just thinking about moving.

As for sitting around the kitchen table with the teenagers; how did you get them to stay in one place for so long. You must have had some heavy duty treats for them.

I'm excited for you with your Red Sage story. Hope to read it soon.

I'm definitely looking forward to you blogging again.
